Mixed Tax Senior Manager - North West London Advisory-Focused | Excellent Progression

A highly regarded 16-Partner accountancy firm in North West London is looking to appoint an experienced Mixed Tax Senior Manager as part of its continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients and wants a role that combines high-level advisory work with a broad mix of Personal and Corporate Tax .

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and clients, advising on a range of complex tax matters while also playing a key role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the tax team.

The role will include:

• Advising both private clients and businesses across a broad range of tax matters.
• A strong focus on advisory work rather than purely compliance.
• Working across both Personal and Corporate Tax.
• Building and developing trusted client relationships.
• Supporting Partners with complex and commercially focused tax advice.
• Reviewing work and providing guidance to more junior members of the team.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Playing an important role in the continued development of the firm's tax offering.

The ideal candidate:

• ACA/CTA qualified, or equivalent.
• Strong experience across both Personal and Corporate Tax.
• An advisory-focused mindset with excellent technical knowledge.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded and interested in developing client relationships.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing Partner-led practice.
