Investor Relations Executive – Financial Services

A leading investment management business is looking to hire an Investor Relations Executive to join its Retail Investor Relations team.

The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and their financial advisers, managing incoming queries by telephone and email, and supporting the administration of a range of investment products.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle investor and adviser queries accurately and efficiently via phone and email.
• Manage investor transfers, exits and other administration processes.
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of an investor portal.
• Assist with investor communications, including valuations, reports, factsheets and announcements.
• Support the wider Sales team and assist with client meetings and investor events.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels and client retention.

Ideal candidate:

• 1–2+ years' experience in a client-facing or customer service role, ideally within Financial Services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
