A Top 10 Accounting Firm located near St Pauls in Central London is hiring for a Global Mobility Tax Associate Director to join their nationwide Employer Services team
Your tasks
Role profile
- Advise clients of varying sizes across many sectors on all global mobility tax and social security matters
- Delivery of compliance services to your portfolio
- Collaborating with other teams internally in the UK, and globally, regarding international compliance and advisory services
- Strengthening new and existing client relationships
- Active involvement in marketing and business development initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop junior members of your team
- Keep up to date with the latest legislative changes
Requirements
- ATT/CTA/ACA qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Can demonstrate experience of managing junior team members and internal / external stakeholders
- Existing business development and sales skills with an appetite to win business
