A fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious international investment group, working closely with the Group CEO on strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities and corporate development.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering direct exposure to senior leadership, international travel and involvement in key strategic decisions across the Group.

The opportunity:

1. Work directly with the Group CEO and Head of Strategy on high-impact strategic projects.
2. Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments and wider M&A opportunities.
3. Build detailed financial models, valuations and commercial analyses.
4. Prepare strategic presentations, investment materials and executive briefings.
5. Support the CEO in high-level meetings, including international travel.
6. Play an active role in shaping the Group's growth and strategic direction.

The ideal background:

1. 4–7 years' experience across Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Corporate Development or Strategy.
2. Strong transaction experience and excellent financial modelling skills.
3. Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working at pace.
4. Entrepreneurial, hands-on and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
