Change Manager/Operating Model

Your tasks

You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding new ways of working, helping organisations transition towards more digitally enabled operating models. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong change management, operating model design, and transformation experience. This role requires Active SC Clearance.

• Support the design and implementation of future operating models aligned to strategic transformation goals.
• Lead change activities across large-scale digital programmes, helping teams adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify impacts, and develop practical change strategies.
• Support organisational design, capability assessments, and transition planning.
• Create change artefacts including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Change / Operating Model Senior Consultant to support a major digital transformation programme within a complex public-sector environment.

Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering change management and operating model transformation within complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and modern ways of working.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation plans.
• Experience working in public sector or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.
