Change Manager

London | 2 Days Onsite per Week £500 per day inside IR35 Initial 3-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation programme focused on driving adoption of new technology, embedding new ways of working, and building capability across sales and service teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who combines strong organisational change expertise with learning and capability development experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and realisation of business benefits across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across a complex transformation programme
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Develop and deliver change and communication plans
• Design and support learning, training, and capability-building initiatives
• Drive user adoption and embed new processes and behaviours
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business stakeholders
• Support governance, reporting, and programme delivery activities
• Establish adoption metrics and track benefits realisation
• Produce insights and recommendations based on adoption and performance data
• Engage and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Essential Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale technology or Salesforce transformations
• Strong understanding of change methodologies such as ADKAR
• Experience managing technology-enabled change initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Learning, training, or capability development experience
• Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills
• Experience measuring change adoption and business readiness
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
