About the company

We are looking for talent with an excellent commercial attitude and English proficiency! We are a leading human management company and are looking for a Bilingual Cashier Salesperson to join the team of a recognized company in the city of Cali. What will your functions be? Facilitating communication and customer service for both national and foreign public. Handling cash registers, electronic invoicing, and different payment methods. Inventory control and organization of merchandise in store (stacking/load handling). Product rotation, verification of expiration dates, and maintenance of the point of sale. What profile are we looking for? Education: Academic high school graduate or technician in administrative careers. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in food stores or the retail sector (preferably in large formats such as Ara, D1, Éxito, Dollarcity, Jumbo, Olímpica, etc.). Language: High conversational English level (B2 or C1), with or without certification. What do we offer you? Base Salary: $1.915.000 COP + Legal transportation allowance + Legal benefits. Additional Income: $450.000 COP for meeting indicators. Schedules: Rotating from Monday to Sunday (with its respective compensatory day off per week). Location: Cali.
