Soluciones de Gestión Humana (SGH) is looking for a Bilingual Cashier Seller for a recognized company in the customer service, food, and retail sector.

We are looking for people with an excellent service attitude, commercial skills, and conversational command of the English language to provide a quality experience to our customers.

Vacancies available

• Medellín: 1 vacancy
• Availability: Immediate
• Contract type: Fixed
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts
• Shifts: Morning, afternoon, and night

Salary and benefits

• Salary: $1.915.000
• Transportation allowance
• Statutory benefits
• Bonus of up to $450.000 for meeting indicators

Requirements

• Academic background: High school graduate or technician in administrative careers.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food stores or the Retail sector.
• Conversational English level B2 or C1, with or without certification.
• Experience in cash handling and different payment methods.
• Knowledge and experience in inventory control.
• Management of product rotation and verification of expiration dates.
• Store organization and management of planimetries.
• Excellent customer service and commercial skills.
• Availability to work from Sunday to Sunday in rotating shifts.

Profile

We are looking for people between 24 and 45 years old, with a service orientation, good communication, commercial attitude, and the ability to serve both national and foreign customers.

If you have experience in sales, cash handling, customer service, and the Retail sector, and you have a B2 or C1 conversational English level, this opportunity is for you!
