Purchasing & Design Office Support Technician (M/F)
What if your next position consisted of saving time for engineers and moving their projects forward?
Co-Efficience offers you the opportunity to join an international industrial group, recognized for its expertise in engineering and the development of high value-added technical solutions.
In Ville-la-Grand (74), you will join a rapidly developing technological activity, within an environment where the Design Office, laboratory, and prototyping work hand in hand.
In this growth context, the company is creating a position at the crossroads of two worlds: purchasing/procurement and Design Office support.
MISSION
Concretely, what will you do?
On the purchasing and procurement side:
- You will take charge of the purchases necessary for development projects, prototypes, and laboratory tests;
- You will consult suppliers, prepare requests for quotations, and compare proposals;
- You will create and track orders in SAP;
- You will monitor deadlines and follow up with suppliers when necessary;
- You will participate in simple exchanges and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors;
- You will contribute to identifying new partners to expand prototyping possibilities;
- You will anticipate potential procurement risks to secure project progress.
Purchases may concern machined metal parts and various components as well as laboratory equipment or processing services.
On the Design Office support side:
- You will create and update articles, references, and associated information in Teamcenter and SAP;
- You will ensure the quality and consistency of technical data and bills of materials;
- You will support the creation and modification processes of articles with the various departments concerned;
- You will ensure the availability of information necessary for the engineering teams;
- You will participate in the administrative follow-up and reporting of the Design Office.
And your role will not stop at the execution of existing processes.
Do you see a simpler way of doing things? A follow-up that could be automated? A step that deserves to be redesigned?
Your proposals will be welcome.
The objective is also to evolve practices, gain efficiency, and simplify the daily lives of the teams. Your ease with digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365 or Power Automate, could make the difference.
PROFILE
With a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in purchasing, logistics, industrial management, administration, or a technical environment, you ideally have an initial experience of 1 to 5 years in an industrial setting.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, technical administration, or Design Office support will be particularly relevant.
Knowledge of SAP and/or a PLM such as Teamcenter is a plus, as is your ease with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
You are able to operate in an international professional environment and communicate in English.
Above all, you are rigorous, organized, reactive, and autonomous. You enjoy coordinating multiple subjects, interacting with various stakeholders, and seeking out information.
