Production Supervisor M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to operations management, you will be in charge of managing a production scope. As a true field manager, you are the guarantor of your sector's performance and ensure the achievement of production, quality, safety, and volume objectives. On a daily basis, you:

• manage, support, and develop production teams;
• organize activity and adapt resources according to the workload;
• drive performance and volume objectives;
• monitor production indicators and analyze variances;
• intervene directly on the field to identify issues and implement necessary actions;
• guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards;
• lead performance rituals;
• coordinate your activity with Quality, Maintenance, Methods, and Logistics functions;
• drive and support continuous improvement projects;
• actively contribute to the improvement of the organization and performance of your scope.

The position requires close proximity to the teams and production means. The job description indeed provides for the management of workload, resources, scheduling, performance indicators, and continuous improvement actions.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You have proven experience in managing production teams in the automotive industry, ideally at least 4 to 5 years in operational management roles.
