IT Manager M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your missions: As a true pilot of the information system, your mission will be to structure, secure, and evolve the entire IT environment. On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Manage and administer system and network infrastructures (virtualized servers, Windows environment, firewall, VPN, backups, DRP...).
• Define and strengthen the cybersecurity strategy by ensuring monitoring, prevention, and risk management.
• Supervise decision-making tools (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS) and support business units in their analysis needs.
• Guarantee the proper functioning of the ERP and ensure support for business applications.
• Supervise one IT employee and coordinate external partners.
• Support the company's digital transformation projects.
• Structure IT reporting and participate in strategic decisions alongside Management.
• Harmonize IT practices between the different international sites.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You hold a higher education degree in IT (Bachelor's to Master's degree) and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment. You specifically master:

• System and network infrastructures (Windows Server, virtualization, VPN...)
• Operational cybersecurity challenges
• Management of service providers
• User support
• Team management or coordination

Knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS, or Sage X3 will be a real asset. Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for:
