At its Bollène industrial site, production, engineering, and R&D work in close proximity around cutting-edge technologies. Your mission Within the Industrialization Innovation Methods team, you will take charge of concrete industrial process and equipment issues:

  • Diagnose malfunctions and underperformance, conduct tests, and build associated action plans.
  • Manage exchanges with equipment manufacturers and integrators until robust solutions are obtained.
  • Optimize processes by working on productivity, cycle times, precision, and repeatability.
  • Participate in the selection, integration, and qualification of new industrial means.
  • Gradually support the industrialization of new products and processes as well as the continuous improvement of production.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile With a Master's degree / Engineer background, ideally in mechanics, production engineering, industrialization, or process, you have a solid first experience of approximately 4 to 5 years in methods, industrialization, process engineering, or industrial equipment. You have already been involved in the development, startup, or optimization of production means and possess good mechanical foundations. Experience in microelectronics is not essential: backgrounds from precision industries or demanding technical environments are fully considered. You recognize yourself in these qualities:
