On a dynamic industrial site, a human-sized company is preparing to open a key chapter of its development: sustainably strengthening its Quality & Safety approach. At the heart of this transformation, one role becomes central: that of the QHSE Manager (M/F).

Here, proximity, reactivity, and a field culture are part of daily life. The foundations are already in place: established quality procedures, committed teams, accessible management, and the support of a senior HSE consultant to accompany the strengthening of the safety culture.

What does the site need?

An assertive personality, visible in the field, capable of uniting people, setting a clear framework, and establishing robust and sustainable QHSE routines. If you love to transform, support, structure, and give meaning, you might be the missing piece of this adventure.

MISSION

Reporting to the General Management for Quality and to the Industrial Management for HSE, you will pilot and drive the site's QHSE approach.

  • Ensure the application of existing procedures and standards.
  • Identify deviations and non-conformities and pilot corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as well as certification processes.

  • Monitor indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.
