What does the role offer? As a service coordinator, you are responsible for creating the right conditions for the Vartex service team out at customer sites. You have a central role in daily planning and ensure that technicians have what is required to perform their assignments in an efficient and professional manner. You do this through ongoing customer dialogues, coordination with the warehouse, transport companies, and internal and external technicians. You ensure that equipment is on-site, hotels are booked for overnight stays, and that service agreements are met for the customer.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Planning and coordination of service and installation assignments throughout Sweden
• Booking and management of internal and external technicians with associated resource planning
• Ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time before assignments
• Ensuring the booking of transport, lifting equipment, and forklifts when needed
• Follow-up of service agreements and planning of recurring service interventions
• Compiling invoicing documentation for finance in dialogue with technicians

You will hold the mandate for the coordination of the technicians, and the role involves many contact points with a varied daily routine. You will work closely with the manager for the professional segment and receive significant responsibility for holding the processes together from planning to execution.

You will work full-time during classic office hours, Monday-Friday, and be based at the office in Jönköping. Start is immediate or as agreed.

Since you will have a coordinating function towards technicians, customers, and external partners, you need to be self-assured and comfortable making decisions when the situation requires it.

You are a smooth communicator and communicate effortlessly in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also have good knowledge of English. Furthermore, you have good system proficiency and feel confident in administrative tasks. You have a B-driver's license. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with training environments, as a large part of the technicians' work takes place at gyms and training facilities, to facilitate your understanding of their daily routine.
