In this recruitment, you will be employed directly by our client and work on consulting assignments for their clients in Västerås and the surrounding area.

What does the role offer?

As an IT consultant, you will work on various assignments depending on your experience, competence, and specialization. For example, you could work with IT support, servicedesk, client management, operations, networks, server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, IT security, or technical implementation.

The tasks may include, among others:

• Providing support and technical guidance to users
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, systems, and IT equipment
• Troubleshooting problems within clients, networks, permissions, and applications
• Administering users and accounts in, for example, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Documenting solutions, incidents, and technical environments
• Participating in rollouts, migrations, and other IT-related projects
• Contributing to secure, stable, and efficient IT environments

You will work closely with users, colleagues, and the client's business. The content of the assignments may vary over time, giving you the opportunity to develop, build experience, and find the technical specialization that suits you best.

Is this your perfect match?

We are looking for you who have an education in IT or previous experience in, for example, IT support, servicedesk, operations, infrastructure, networks, client management, or system administration.

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is meritorious:

• Windows and Microsoft 365
• Active Directory and Entra ID
• Azure and cloud-based services
• Client, server, and network
• Intune and device management
• ITIL and incident management systems
• Information security and permission administration
• Installation, migration, or technical rollouts

You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work. A B driving license is meritorious. For certain assignments, background checks or security clearances may be required.
