What does the role offer? This is a broad role where you function as an extension of the CEO – with significant influence in business decisions, strategic work, and the company's future. Approximately 75% of the role is about looking forward: building structures, driving projects, streamlining flows, and creating new opportunities. The remaining part consists of ensuring the financial foundation – with the help of clear processes and support.

You will, among other things:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO in business development, strategic choices, and growth issues
• Identify areas for improvement and drive projects within, for example, ERP, purchasing, warehouse, system support, and reporting
• Implement and further develop Business Central as a comprehensive platform (CRM, production, finance)
• Support the organization with financial analysis and decision-making support
• Handle overall bookkeeping, tax matters, and monthly reports (simpler level)
• Be responsible for ensuring that purchasing and warehouse flows are optimized for growth
• Participate in HR work such as payroll, agreements, and development meetings

Who are you? You are a curious, business-oriented, and solution-focused person who loves to build, influence, and be an active part of the journey forward. We believe you have a good holistic perspective on entrepreneurship – and that you perhaps have experience from a similar role, or are ready to take the step into a new one. You do not need to be a senior CFO – but you should like numbers, be system-savvy, and have the ability to structure and make things happen.

You:

• Have a good understanding of finance, but are passionate about the business
• Are unpretentious, flexible, and accustomed to an entrepreneurial way of working
• Communicate fluently in English and Swedish
• Likely have an economic or business-oriented education – but more important is your attitude and willingness to contribute
