Your tasks:
- Contact inbound leads immediately (telephone, WhatsApp, email)
- Conduct outbound campaigns if necessary
- Qualify based on defined questions
- Set binding appointments for our Closers
- Implement follow-ups consistently
- Document CRM activities precisely
What you must bring:
- Fluent, very good English (mandatory)
- Clear pronunciation, confident appearance on the phone
- Experience in high-performance sales or call centers (advantage)
- Speed, accuracy, ownership
- Ability to work in a structured manner under pressure
- Dubai mindset: fast, binding, solution-oriented
- Nice-to-have: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Russian
- Experience in appointment setting or tech sales

We offer a fair and transparent compensation model:
- Fixed salary: 5,000 AED per month
- Variable compensation per actual sale, provided the closing is based on your qualification
- Housing Allowance: 1,000 AED
- Transport Allowance: 300 AED
- Communication Allowance: 200 AED
