Service Technician Dubai (m/f/d)

You will be working in one of the most exciting future industries in the world: Robotics. As a Service Technician, you are the face of EF Robotics to our customers in Dubai and the entire UAE. You will independently install, repair, and maintain our robots on-site.

Your Tasks:

• Installation & Setup of our service and cleaning robots directly at the customer's site.
• Maintenance & Repair: You perform technical checks, troubleshoot errors, and ensure reliable operation.
• Error Analysis: You find the cause – not just the symptom. Hardware and software, network, sensor technology.
• Customer Training: You provide professional instruction to customers, explain functions clearly, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Documentation: Clear, clean service reports in our system (GoHighLevel / internal knowledge base).
• Feedback to the Team: You recognize patterns, problems, and optimization potential and pass them on in a structured manner.
• Deployment Planning: Close coordination with our team in Germany & Dubai – you provide updates before and after every assignment.‍
• Upselling: You recognize when the customer needs more – and initiate it.

Your Profile:

• Training in the field of mechatronics, electronics, IT, or comparable.
• Proficient in handling Windows, WLAN, network configuration, tablets/apps.
• You work independently, make decisions, and find solutions without someone explaining everything to you.
• Professional appearance with customers – friendly, clear, reliable.
• Flexibility for assignments in Dubai & within the UAE.
• Fluent English (mandatory). Arabic or German is a plus.
• Driver's license (UAE or willingness to acquire one).

We offer a market-competitive total compensation package for Dubai: 7,000–9,500 AED per month (Total Compensation) consisting of:

• Basic Salary: 4,500–6,000 AED
• Housing Allowance: 1,500–2,500 AED
• Transport Allowance: 300–600 AED
• Communication Allowance: 200–400 AED
