Our offer:
The B2B team at EF is looking for a Study Advisor to join the team at the Ciudad de México office. The B2B Brasil team works directly with students from companies that hire language courses for their employees. As a Study Advisor, the main task is to provide personalized attention to these students, resolving doubts related to the course, technical aspects, or registration processes. They assist through emails and calls, always offering agile, clear, and empathetic service.
Your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Providing support to corporate students via email and telephone.
- Resolving doubts related to course content, access, certifications, and platform use.
- Identifying common technical problems and guiding the user with clear solutions.
- Following up on cases to ensure a positive student experience.
- Collaborating with other departments when it is necessary to escalate situations or improve processes.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the service through ideas, reports, and user feedback.
Requirements:
- Portuguese level C1/C2 (mandatory)
- English minimum level B1 (ability to understand texts and oral communication)
- Teamwork and a good willingness to collaborate
- Excellent writing and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude and orientation toward problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to changes and new processes
- Creativity, initiative, and critical thinking
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Support
Benefits:
- Monthly gross salary of $11,284 mxn
- Quality Bonus: $2,100 monthly (based on performance)

- Hybrid schedule / Part-time: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. Weekend off.
