Our offer:

The EF English Live sales team is looking for an enthusiastic salesperson with a high level of assertiveness to join our team at the Ciudad de México office. As a Bilingual Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our online English courses. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers.
• Updating and renewing current customers.
• Taking full ownership of direct sales in the region and achieving Sales KPI's and objectives.
• Achieving excellent customer service and proactively responding to customer inquiries.
• Performing database and record maintenance activities.
• Sales performance will be based on the monthly established KPI's.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience in telesales is indispensable.
• Ideally with a focus on the educational sector.
• Minimum English level B1 is indispensable.
• Assertive communication skills.
• Teamwork.
• Good knowledge of KPI's and objectives.

Benefits:

• Monthly gross salary of $14,000 mxn
• Excellent commission plan, monthly and uncapped.

• 30 days of Aguinaldo.
• Hybrid schedule to work: Monday to Friday (schedule to be defined between 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm) and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. Rest on Sunday.
• Home Office subject to performance.
• Work area: Polanco, Cdmx
