Machine Sales Coordinator to Espoo
We are looking for a Machine Sales Coordinator for a fixed-term position to cover a parental leave in Espoo.
In this role, you will support daily machine sales and be responsible for coordinating sales processes from the quotation stage to deliveries. You will work in cooperation with sales, customers, and other stakeholders. In your role, you will ensure that the practical processes of machine sales, from orders to deliveries, proceed smoothly and that information flows between different parties.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Support for machine sales as well as coordination of order and sales processes
- Processing of quotations, orders, and contract documents
- Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and international stakeholders
- Maintenance of customer, machine, and order data in systems
- Participation in invoicing and sales administrative tasks
- Other daily tasks of the sales point
We expect from you:
- A systematic, accurate, and proactive approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow things through to completion
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn the operations of machine trade
As an advantage, we consider knowledge of the AutoMaster ERP system, Swedish language skills, and previous experience in machine trade, technical sales, or sales support roles.
