AC Waiter
Do you want to spend the winter season in the middle of Lapland's magic and provide experiences for international travelers? (location is in Rovaniemi) We are looking for an experienced à la carte waiter for our client, Aava Glass Igloos, for the winter season from 13.11.–31.3. The restaurant operating in connection with Aava Glass Igloos is a unique, approximately 30-seat intimate restaurant that combines high-quality food, quality wines, and warm, personal service. The customer base consists mainly of international travelers who are accustomed to high-level service and unforgettable experiences.
In your role
- You are responsible for the restaurant's à la carte service and customer service
- You present food and drink recommendations to customers
- You ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience from start to finish
- You work as part of a small team where everyone's contribution is visible
We expect from you
- Previous experience in à la carte waiter duties
- Good wine knowledge as well as an interest in food and drink products
- Fluent English language skills
- An independent work attitude and the ability to operate in a small restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hygiene and alcohol service certificates

- Experience from a fine dining, boutique hotel, or luxury hospitality environment
- Other language skills
- Knowledge of serving international travelers
