-Respond to customer service-related queries/requests. -Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection. -Perform general administrative duties. -Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management. -Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc. Requirements -Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level -Proficiency in MS Excel -Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills -Able to work at least 3 days a week including Friday, Saturday and Sunday -Able to work "retail hours" (nights and weekends) Work Location : Tampines Marine Parade
