Job Description We are looking for a Senior English Educator with expertise in English language education to help create, evaluate, and improve English teaching products within our e-Learning system. Candidates should have experience in curriculum development, instructional media design, and an understanding of effective language teaching methodologies. Experience using EdTech tools and knowledge regarding the application of AI in education will be given special consideration.

Job Details

• Create, evaluate, and develop English instructional content for e-Learning products.
• Edit and improve existing instructional media to ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Creatively develop new English teaching products in alignment with educational research and international teaching standards.
• Work with the product development team to integrate content into the e-Learning platform to ensure a seamless learning experience for users.
• Monitor educational and technological trends, especially the application of AI in language learning.
• Conduct evaluations and collect feedback to continuously improve products.
• Provide training and support to teachers or personnel using our e-Learning products.
• Participate in strategic planning to ensure content development aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or other educational roles.
• Understanding of international effective English teaching approaches and methodologies.
• Experience in creating and editing instructional content, especially in digital formats.
• Familiarity with EdTech tools and platforms; knowledge of AI application in education will be given special consideration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (TOEIC 900 or above).
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
• Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Prior teaching experience in schools will be given special consideration.
