Role purpose: Ensure food labels, menus and marketing claims are reviewed systematically against applicable Singapore requirements and evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Review ingredient lists, allergens, nutrition information, date marking and mandatory particulars.
- Assess nutrition, health, function and comparative claims.
- Review menu, website, e-commerce and advertising language for consistency.
- Build compliant wording options and prohibited/high-risk claim lists.
- Coordinate with regulatory and nutrition specialists.

- Marked-up artwork/menu copy.
- Approved wording guide.
- Regulatory risk memo.
Mandatory appointment standard
- At least 5 years in food labelling, regulatory affairs, nutrition, QA or related work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore food-labelling and claims requirements.
- Strong attention to wording and evidence.
Preferred qualifications / credentials
- Food science, nutrition, regulatory affairs or legal qualification.
- Experience reviewing FMCG artwork and digital advertising.
- Nutrition labelling/claims training.
Experience guideline
- 5-10+ years.
Training capability
- Can train marketing/product teams on compliant claims and label-control processes.
