Ad Hoc Relief Lead Playgroup Teacher

Edufarm Learning Centre LLP Edufarm is looking for Relief Lead Playgroup Teachers to provide cover on an ad hoc, on-call basis.

Your tasks

Lead playgroup activities, guide children through classroom routines, and help maintain a safe, caring and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

Pay and arrangements

• S$30 per session for centres with 9 students and above.
• MRT and bus transport costs are covered.
• Pay is credited on the 7th of each month.

At least 2 years’ experience teaching children aged 18 months to 3 years, and one of these Early Childhood qualifications:

• Intermediate
• Bridging
• CIT — Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development
• CPT — Certificate in Preschool Teaching
• ACEY — Advanced Certificate in Early Years
• CECCE — Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
• ACECCE — Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
• DMT — Diploma in Montessori Teaching
• DPT — Diploma in Preschool Teaching
• DPL — Diploma in Preschool Leadership
• DECCE — Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood
• Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education

The following academic/English criteria also apply, as provided by HR. Candidates must have any of the following:

• Minimum of 1 O-Level credit, including English at least C6
• WPL equivalent to O-Level
• At least average SOA 5 in the WPL series, including SOA 5 for WPL (Written)
• Degree, full A-Level certificate or any diploma
