Biology Teacher

Responsibilities:

Teach Biology effectively at A-Level and prepare students for Cambridge/JUPEB examinations. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical activities in line with the curriculum. Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments and examinations, and provide appropriate feedback. Support students with examination techniques and subject-specific academic guidance. Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance and progress. Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Education (Biology) or a related discipline. Relevant teaching experience, preferably at A-Level/JUPEB or equivalent advanced secondary level. Strong knowledge of Biology and excellent communication and classroom-management skills. Candidates with Cambridge Biology teaching experience or relevant examination-preparation experience will be an advantage.
