About the Restaurant We are a well-established international quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand with a strong presence in Singapore and worldwide. The restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality food, friendly customer service, cleanliness and efficient operations .

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Crew to join our team and support the daily operations of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Take customer orders and handle cashier / payment transactions.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and workstations.
  • Replenish food, packaging and operating supplies when required.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Support stock replenishment and basic inventory activities.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance when required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

  • No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment .
  • Willing to perform hands-on restaurant duties.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays .
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
