Director’s Personal Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organised and people-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director in administrative tasks, event coordination, marketing and daily operations for a company of approximately 30 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s schedule, emails, appointments and correspondence.
- Coordinate company events, seminars, meetings and training activities.
- Design marketing materials, presentations and social media content using Canva.
- Liaise professionally with vendors, management, employees and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate staff activities and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Utilise AI tools to streamline administrative work, content creation and daily operations.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a PA, executive assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools is preferred. The company provides paid AI subscriptions to improve work efficiency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Professional attitude when dealing with the Director, vendors and colleagues.
- Organised, proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays for company events, with time off in lieu provided.
