Your tasks
Job Missions Integrated within the project department, you will support our growth in France and Europe. You will be the primary contact for supporting our clients, healthcare professionals, in the adoption and implementation of our PACS imaging software.
Configuration and Installation Coordinate with the client and technical teams for data migration if necessary
Implement the solution in the client context through configuration and customization
Train client referents and assist them during the customization, startup, and optimization phases
Training and Assistance Prepare and lead training sessions on the use of our software and Xplore View interpretation stations
Provide first-level support to users during the startup and post-startup phases
Ensure relationship follow-up and customer satisfaction
Solution Development Participate in the evolution of our solution by developing new features and modules by sharing your field experience with the product and R&D teams
Requirements
Required Profile The support and tutoring of our teams are an integral part of your EDL employee experience. You will be accompanied in the field by business experts, and at headquarters by an internal trainer and a close-knit team promoting knowledge sharing and the development of your professional skills. Your assets for success
- You are a Biomedical engineer (Master's degree) and passionate about your sector of activity
- You have a successful first experience in healthcare software
- You enjoy traveling (60% of working time traveling in France + French-speaking Europe) and your adaptability is demonstrated
- You are very comfortable with public speaking and master training facilitation techniques
- You have a strong sensitivity to IT solutions
- You are oriented towards customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- You are proficient in English in a professional setting
Pluses You already have experience in the medical imaging world You speak Italian and/or German
