Your tasks
As part of our development in France and internationally, we are looking for a Software Trainer Consultant to support our clients in mastering our solutions.
Reporting to the Service Projet, you will play a key role in the deployment, training, and support of healthcare professionals (radiologists, radiographers, medical secretaries, etc.).
Your main missions
- Prepare and lead training sessions, in person or remotely
- Train users of our software directly on client sites
- Support users during the project startup phases
- Manage administrative tasks related to your actions: reports, trainee data entry, session tracking
- Provide functional and technical support post-project
Requirements
Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in IT, biomedical, or the medical field Experience: Initial experience in training or software deployment is an asset
Key skills
- Very comfortable with public speaking, pedagogical sense
- Mastery of training animation techniques
- Good understanding of IT tools and software environments
- Good knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Mastery of English is imperative
- Knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
