Backend .Net Developer

As a Backend .Net Developer, you will work in a team of 12 people that works transversally (platform team). The team works according to the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to deliver high-quality and scalable applications. The current focus of the team is on making the Azure Cloud platform usable for other development teams.

As an experienced backend .Net developer, you are responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the .Net technical framework components. You play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of new functionalities.

Your main responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of .Net framework components for backend applications using C# and .NET Core. You refine and translate needs into technical specifications for reusable components for the other development teams.
• You analyze and solve technical problems. You are responsible for resolving bugs at the second-line level and providing technical support to colleagues.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and software quality: following trends and developments in the field of technologies and methodologies.
• You focus on automation and continuous integration by setting up pipelines and unit tests to ensure a stable and functional development, testing, and production environment.
• You collaborate with the agile team in a SAFe environment: you work closely with other developers, testers, product owner, and scrum master to deliver software in an iterative and incremental manner.
• You contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. You prepare technical documentation and review the documentation of less experienced developers.

Profile

You possess a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or can demonstrate equivalent experience. You have at least 5 years of experience as a .Net developer. You have at least 3 years of experience working according to Agile/Scrum.

You have strong expertise in:

You can work proactively and autonomously, have a sense of responsibility, and are customer-oriented.

Finally, you have a passive knowledge of French and English.
