The challenge awaiting you:
Within the Group Human Resources Department and reporting to the Group HRD, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant as part of an apprenticeship.
The missions awaiting you:
- Steering and monitoring the budget for the Group Human Resources Department: project management with the HR teams in different countries
- Participation in managing the Group HRD's agenda and organizing meetings;
- Monitoring invoices and ensuring compliance with the Human Resources Department budget;
- Mail processing
About you:
- Mastery of the Office pack, and more particularly Excel
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (interaction with different countries)
- Rigor and good organization
- Discretion and sense of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
