Senior Special Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership. Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and official engagements. Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence. Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership. Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in executive support, administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Experience working with senior executives or leadership teams is an added advantage.
