Seize a unique opportunity including international experience! Join us to participate in the construction of the next two EPR/EPR2 (Evolutionary Power Reactor) nuclear power plants in Europe: Hinkley Point in England (Somerset) and then Penly in France (Seine-Maritime).
Initially, you will be seconded to EDF Energy for a mission of 2 to 3 years, at the EPR construction site of Hinkley Point C, located in the Bristol region of England.
At the end of this mission, you will reintegrate EDF to join the teams in charge of the EPR2 construction site in Penly, in Seine-Maritime.
Before and during your secondment and until your return to France, you will benefit from personalized support, a guarantee of a successful experience, with continuous training to develop your technical and linguistic skills.

On these two construction sites, you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction activities in your field of expertise. You will be the preferred contact person for contract holders on the site, ensuring the proper execution of work and compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include the preparation and anticipation of intervention files (notably) regarding logistical and regulatory aspects,
- Support for surveillance (drafting of surveillance programs and guides, support to inspectors), monitoring and guaranteeing compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements, as well as monitoring documents issued by the Contract Holders.
- Management of critical or high-stakes activities and coordination with the various project services and stakeholders.
- You hold a BAC+2/+3 in one of the following fields: HSE.
- You have at least two to five years of successful experience in performing or monitoring work on a large-scale construction site.
- You demonstrate autonomy, responsibility, rigor, and leadership.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively.
- The required English level for this position is B1.
- Knowledge of nuclear installations would be a plus.
Remuneration
The base annual gross remuneration range is between 26,300 and 36,300 Euros, depending on your diplomas and experience.
To this remuneration range, variable remuneration elements and additional benefits (profit-sharing, employee savings, individual performance bonus, special rates, etc.) are added to constitute your total compensation. These variable remuneration elements and additional benefits can represent up to 1/3 of your total compensation.
