💡 THE CONTEXT

NUWARD, a subsidiary of EDF, is dedicated to the development of the Group's small nuclear reactors (SMRs). NUWARD designs this multi-energy platform, capable of producing decarbonized and competitive electricity and heat to meet the needs of industry and cities. Our SMR called "NUWARD_SMR" with a simple, modular, and prefabricated design is based on the expertise of the existing nuclear fleet by being founded on proven technological building blocks.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Operations & Program Director of NUWARD, you will progressively participate in the structuring of NUWARD's program activity, covering the global scope of the company's mission. The program & operations management is organized around 3 pillars:

• A program driven around operational and industrial efficiency (replication, series effect, modularity)
• A program coordinated around an industrial European alliance (implementation enli)
• A program organized on the complete chain from development to commissioning, guarantor of Quality, Safety, Cost & Delay results. This integrated business model relies notably on digital continuity and advanced principles of the extended enterprise.

The teams are organized around the professions of project management, digital, supply chain - purchasing, construction methods & quality. The team is in full construction and needs a fresh perspective to organize its daily activity, structure its deliverables, and respond to representation / communication requests. After a discovery phase of the organizational, commercial, and technical context, you will carry out the following main missions:

• Structuring the objectives & results of the management (and facilitating the main meetings - CODIR, Organization Seminar, Strategic Plan Construction)
• Implementation of activity dashboards (if possible automated and linked to tools currently being deployed: AI, PowerBI);
• Co-drafting strategic files in connection with the NUWARD strategy management (fundraising, business plan);
• Structuring the data and results related to the management (in connection with doc control).

As a full member of the team, we will entrust you with handling subjects with full autonomy and responsibility, in line with your skill development.

💡 YOUR PROFILE

🎓 You are preparing an engineering degree with a specialization in purchasing/industrial project management.

Your technical skills:

• You have experience in engineering professions;
• Project management methods and tools (e.g., Primavera P6) are familiar to you;
• You are comfortable with office tools (slide management), AI, and PowerBI for setting up reporting; English reading, speaking, and writing required.

Soft skills and qualities:

• You have a sense of collaboration and know how to adapt in all circumstances;
• You demonstrate organization and rigor and attach importance to the quality of your deliverables;
• You have a real sense of listening and interpersonal skills. You are able to adapt to various audiences/profiles and organize work effectively to meet expected deadlines.

The framework of this internship: Start of internship: as soon as possible.
