IAM Architect M/F

Within the Direction Opérations Groupe Informatique et Télécoms (DIGIT), we provide our partners in the EDF Group with a full range of IT services: on-premises and Cloud infrastructures, operations, telecoms, security, and consulting. The DIGIT Direction of the DTEO is open to all business areas of the Company: production, commerce, distribution, finance, HR, but also internationally with services for subsidiaries. Integrated into the Architecture and Urbanism group (26 people), you will participate in the design and validation of technical architectures, supporting the IAM IT trajectory of the EDF Group.

Main Missions

• Design & validation of architectures: define and guarantee robust, resilient, high-performance solutions that comply with enterprise standards.
• Steering strategic projects: intervene in the upstream phase, supervise pre-studies, and validate technical architecture files.
• Migration & modernization: support the transition of on-premises infrastructures to the Cloud for IAM services.
• Security & compliance: ensure regulatory compliance (RGPD, ISO 27001) and implement advanced mechanisms (IAM, encryption, monitoring).
• Monitoring & innovation: follow technological evolutions within your scope and participate in the animation of the DIGIT direction's architect network.
• Support & consulting: support projects and train teams in best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Solid expertise in IAM: Authentication, authorization, account administration, identity federation, and privilege management. Good level in IT Security: Understanding of cybersecurity threats, knowledge of best practices, standards, and regulatory frameworks relating to information security, knowledge of Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, IGA/IAM concepts. Experience with Specific Technologies: Mastery of common IAM technologies and platforms (Microsoft EntraID, SailPoint IIQ, Keycloak, Cyberark, Wallix, Active Directory, OpenLDAP, PKI, etc.) and standard protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAUTH2, SCIM …) Desired experience in Cloud environments (Azure) and secure architectures.

Base annual gross remuneration excluding bonuses:

from 46K€ to 66K€, depending on diploma and professional experience.
