You may work with young people with Autism/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs, providing encouragement, guidance and consistent support throughout the school day. Person Specification - Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Must have a good degree from a reputable University Good understanding of SEN is required Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal Passionate about supporting children with SEN You must be able to work effectively as part of a team Calm and compassionate nature
