EdEx are working with a range of schools across Redbridge who are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will provide high-quality classroom support daily, working closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis to help meet their individual learning and development needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting local schools by keeping pupils engaged, providing tailored support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of school settings, broaden your SEN experience, and build strong relationships with local schools, while enjoying the flexibility and variety that supply work offers.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Job Description

• Have experience within SEN
• Can confidently adapt to different classroom environments
• Provide engaging, inclusive support that helps pupils with SEN make progress and develop both academically and personally.
• ASAP Start
• Daily rate £105 - £120 per day
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and reliability to every placement

SEN Teaching Assistant - Person Specification

• Have previous experience working with children with additional needs
• Are patient, nurturing and resilient
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexible on availability
• Are confident adapting learning activities and providing tailored support
