An excellent specialist SEN school in Redbridge is seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This SEN Learning Support Assistant role would be ideal for someone with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs. You will support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs including Autism, learning difficulties, communication needs and complex needs. You will work closely with Teachers and other SEN professionals to ensure pupils remain engaged, supported and able to develop their confidence and independence.
