An established and growing Chartered Financial Planning firm is looking to recruit a Junior Paraplanner to join its expanding team in Bath.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has started their Paraplanning career and is looking to take the next step, with genuine development and progression available within the business.

The Opportunity

You'll work alongside experienced Paraplanners and Financial Planners, supporting the preparation of client reports, research and technical work while continuing to develop your Paraplanning knowledge and skills.

This would suit someone who may not yet be at fully-fledged Paraplanner level but has the right experience, attitude and potential to progress. There is also a genuine pathway into a Financial Adviser role longer term, with previous Paraplanners progressing internally.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within Financial Planning, Paraplanning.
• Some financial planning exams completed, or actively working towards Level 4 Diploma
• Full Diploma Level 4 is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A positive, team-focused approach and genuine interest in developing within Financial Planning
