An award winning Chartered Financial Planning firm with a head office in Northampton are looking to expand a client base in the area. The firm focus on holistic and family wealth planning, with their average client between 1m - 2m AUM.

Your tasks

Despite where their head office is located they have a large amount of HNW clients based in the Durham & North Yorkshire area and are looking for a 'Regional Partner' to support them with growing a new office and area of the business acting as business owner. This role would be ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career and can represent the business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, both existing and new
• Manage and nurture relationships within the client bank offered, ensuring their financial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support with the growth of the new office/hub with recruitment.
• Represent the business on a regional scale to develop a new are of the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum Chartered Financial planner through the CISI/CII.
• Proven experience in providing financial planning and advisory services to HNW clients and bringing in new business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including recruitment and interviewing staff members.
• Ability to develop and grow a team towards new skills and their professional qualifications.
• Gravitas. Someone clients and colleagues will naturally look to, who is comfortable leading an office and representing the brand.
• A builder. Someone who wants to grow a business rather than simply manage a client bank, and who sees this as a long term opportunity rather than another adviser role.

The compensation package for this role is dependent on your experience and qualifications:

• Mobile, Laptop

Working Environment There is no work-from-home policy, as the Wealth Managers are actively leading their pods, have supervisory and management responsibilities, and need to be in the office when not meeting with clients. The office environment is conducive to collaboration and maintaining high professional standards.
