Responsibilities and duties

• Updating commercial information in the CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Offers);
• Developing/Updating the CRM user manual;
• Managing the customer portfolio, monitoring needs, and developing action plans;
• Developing commercial proposals, conducting small negotiations, and ensuring contract closures;
• Monitoring contract renewals for outsourced professionals at clients;
• Performing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry events; Preparation of support materials for participation in events;
• Support for commercial routines.

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
• Experience with SAP, CRM tools, and experience in the automotive industry will be differentiators;
• Minimum intermediate English for participation in international meetings;
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
