Responsibilities and duties
- Daily follow-up regarding the progress of activities with engineering areas;
- Reading, interpretation, and optimization of standards, sections, and technical drawings of the product;
- Monitoring the preparation of technical and management reports (Bill of Materials, assembly sequences, DFMEA, CAE, release control, cost control, performance indicators, etc...);
- Monitoring part performance via technical reports and assemblies in workshops, laboratories, field tests, and eventually suppliers, as well as escalating critical items to project coordination and management;
- Monitoring product release control, modification history, project schedule, and action plans;
- Scheduling and attending meetings that are necessary for the progress of the project.
- Preparing, issuing, and collecting technical documents necessary for insertion into the ERP system.
Requirements and qualifications
- Currently studying Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields, in the evening period.
- Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBI.
- Minimum Intermediate English for conversation.
