Product Analyst - Cabin Mechanisms

Responsibilities and assignments
- Develop and monitor Cabin Mechanisms parts and systems, such as locks, latches, fasteners, springs, cables, mirrors, window regulators, windshield wipers, moldings, seals, glass, and hinges, from development to implementation.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation, including releases in CATIA V5 and bill of materials control.
- Conduct technical feasibility, tolerance, assembly, ergonomics, Gap Catalogue, and component integration analyses, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Define and monitor test plans, performing functional, bench, durability, and field test monitoring, ensuring the approval and certification of systems according to national and international standards.
- Perform and interpret technical analyses, such as Stress, Fatigue, Moldflow, Modal Analysis, and ECE-R29, supporting product validation and improvement.
- Monitor development activities with suppliers, including technical studies, prototypes, tooling, and series parts.
- Participate in design reviews, FMEA, failure analyses, and the definition of corrective actions and product improvements.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and suppliers, participating in technical meetings, Design Reviews, releases, programs, and other Engineering forums.
- Monitor and ensure the technical documentation necessary for changes, releases, and project implementation, including AMP's, PM's, Deviations, Technical Analyses, FMEA's, DU's, and PDM's.
- Act in identifying improvement and cost reduction opportunities, evaluating the technical feasibility of proposals and their impacts on the product.
- Prepare technical reports and monitor indicators and results related to the testing, development, and performance of cabin systems.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related areas.
- Experience in the development of automotive parts and manufacturing processes (injection, stamping, extrusion, forming, vulcanization, etc.). Mastery of modeling in CATIA V5 and knowledge of mold flow tools and structural calculation.
- Advanced English for conversation (will be tested during the interview).
- Availability for national and international travel.
