Product Analyst - Graphical Interface (UI/UX)

Responsibilities and duties

Develop graphical interfaces with a focus on UI (User Interface) for Cluster, Multimedia & mobile device APPs with integration into software development in order to meet the requirements of Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical Assistance, focusing on delivering value to our customers. Compile requirements according to the KPH sent by Sales and Marketing; Transform market requirements into graphical interface proposals integrated with the macro software functions; Conduct Arbeit meetings to discuss functions and direct the concept; Develop graphical interfaces using tools such as: Figma, After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop; Apply the Scrum methodology together with the Product Owner:

1. Define sprint planning;
2. Execute sprint content, with 15min daily meetings to monitor progress;
3. Deliver sprint content, review them, and identify lessons learned;

Develop UI proposals aligned with development & Software needs; Repeat all previous steps continuously; Perform unit tests together with the software team in a virtual environment; Perform quick graphical interface tests on a bench and/or vehicle; Keep all documentation and graphical interface versions updated.

Requirements and qualifications

Completed degree in courses focused on Digital Graphic Design UI and UI Development for Apps; Post-graduate degree in UI/UX is desirable; Advanced English for conversation; Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings is desirable; Knowledge in Programming Languages is desirable; On-site work in the Resende/RJ region; Remuneration compatible with the market and CLT hiring regime.
