Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable course of study Several years of professional experience in execution planning / planning coordination or in a comparable position Experience with the trades of shell construction, interior finishing, and TGA Experience in the planning of data centers is an advantage Good knowledge of the CAD system REVIT Structured and independent way of working High flexibility, communication, and teamwork skills Good to very good English skills

Your contribution to us

Coordination of all planning-relevant activities of our construction projects in the data center division across all project phases of planning Participation in the awarding of planning services and the creation of planning contracts Steering and monitoring of design and review processes as well as planning deadlines Review of permits and, if necessary, adjustment of the planning Development of technical optimization proposals together with the planning and construction participants Close cooperation with the project and construction management as well as the clients The position is initially limited to 2 years. There is an option for transition into an indefinite employment relationship.
