Brand Manager Santiago Centro - Beauty Industry

We are looking for a Brand Manager!

ECR GROUP, a leader in Human Resources service provision, is looking for a Brand Manager to join an important client in the beauty sector, located in Santiago Centro.

The position will initially be project-based.

Main functions

• Design and execute brand and positioning strategies.
• Participate in the development and launch of new products and business lines.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial opportunities.
• Evaluate product performance and life cycle, proposing improvements and opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing and communication campaigns together with the involved areas.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Participate in the planning and control of the commercial budget.
• Coordinate and work collaboratively with the Marketing, Commercial, Purchasing, and Logistics areas.

Requirements

• University professional degree in Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Brand Management, product management, marketing, or related areas.
• Experience in product development, market analysis, and execution of commercial campaigns.
• Power BI intermediate level (mandatory).
• Excel intermediate level.
• Knowledge in SAP (desirable).
• Intermediate English, oral and written.
• Availability to work in person in Santiago Centro.

Conditions

• Workplace: Santiago Centro
• Modality: In-person
• Schedule:
• Monday and Tuesday: 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
• Wednesday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
• Net salary: $1.500.000
• Contract: Laboral
• Duration: Initially by project
