Job Responsibilities Perform inspection, diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and repair of electric vehicles (EVs).

Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new vehicles before delivery to customers.

Conduct PDI checks including vehicle exterior/interior condition, electrical systems, battery status, charging system, tyres, brakes, lights, accessories and other required functions.

Identify, record and rectify defects or abnormalities found during PDI.

Ensure all PDI checklists, inspection records and related documentation are properly completed before vehicle handover.

Troubleshoot EV electrical and electronic systems, including high-voltage systems, batteries, electric motors, inverters and charging systems.

Diagnose vehicle faults using diagnostic software, testing equipment and appropriate workshop tools.

Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective repairs and replacement of defective components.

Perform repairs and maintenance of mechanical systems including brakes, suspension, steering and other vehicle components.

Provide technical support for vehicle breakdowns and on-site troubleshooting when required.

Maintain accurate service, repair, PDI and diagnostic records.

Follow proper high-voltage isolation and EV safety procedures when carrying out work.

Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment and work areas in good condition.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors and technical support teams on parts and technical matters when required.

Attend EV technical and product training arranged by the company.

Requirements Relevant hands-on experience in automotive servicing, maintenance or repair.

Experience in vehicle PDI, EVs, hybrid vehicles or commercial vehicles will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.

Able to use diagnostic tools, multimeters and workshop equipment.

EV/high-voltage safety training or certification will be an advantage.

Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Able to troubleshoot problems independently and carry out hands-on repair work.

Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn new EV technologies.

Candidates with conventional vehicle repair experience and willingness to undergo EV training may also be considered.
