Your tasks

• What are we looking for? An IT Infrastructure Project Leader to join the team of one of our clients in the transport sector. Work location: Grand Bourg Modality: Hybrid Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 to 17hs May require some additional availability

• We are looking for a professional to lead technological infrastructure projects, focusing on networks, security, and servers. The position requires technical knowledge to evaluate solutions and coordinate teams and providers, along with demonstrable experience in the integral management of projects, from the initial survey to their closure.

• Survey requirements, define scope, and plan IT infrastructure projects.
• Estimate efforts, resources, and times; prepare schedules and follow up on agreed commitments.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers during implementation, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
• Technically evaluate and validate solutions for networks, security, servers, databases, and structured cabling.
• Identify risks and deviations, propose actions, and communicate progress to the involved areas and management.
• Ensure project documentation and manage its closure according to established standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects, with direct responsibility for their planning, coordination, implementation, and closure.
• Solid knowledge of IT networks and security, including technologies such as Fortinet or Cisco, firewalls, and network segmentation.
• General knowledge of servers, databases, and structured cabling.
• Experience coordinating providers and managing deadlines, costs, and deliverables.
• Ability to evaluate technical proposals, monitor several projects simultaneously, and communicate progress and risks.
• Intermediate to advanced English to interact with providers and work with technical documentation.
• Experience with security standards such as ISO 27001 and knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL will be valued.
